Our services, fees, deliverables and any guarantee are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. Confirm guarantee wording matches client contracts
Advertising spend is paid directly to the platform (for example Meta) from your own account, and is separate from our fees.
Strategy calls are booked through Calendly and are free, with no obligation. Please reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email if you can’t attend.
For on-location shoots outside our normal area, travel and accommodation are quoted separately and must be approved by you before anything is booked. Short-notice shoots, peak travel periods or extra production days may need a revised quote. Full terms are in your production agreement.
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics and logos, belongs to Growth City Digital or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the client agreement.
Our website links to and embeds third-party services such as Calendly, WhatsApp and social media. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Please read their own terms and privacy policies.
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of the website.
